Two of my favorite meal hacks! And some weird ice cream!

In this episode, I'm still not used to talking to my camera and the lighting in my house at night is terrible! I usually make quick veggie omelette and then mix cold coffee with protein powder. Along with water, that can easily tide my hunger until dinner. I try to make my meals as simple and habitual as possible so I can put more effort towards the things that actually matter. I still haven't quite found my rhythm on these videos, but I'm working on it!
