I Got a New Job

Last Monday I put in my two week notice with my current company, Foojee.

I joined Foojee in May of 2015 with high hopes and aspirations. In the last year and a half I've had some invaluable experiences and worked with some of the greatest people I've ever met.

Over the last 6 months or so, it has become more and more evident that a change was on the way. I felt a growing tension between what the company needed and where my gifts/talents/desires lie. As those two things got further and further apart the tension became too much to ignore.

I think the world of my coworkers and wish Foojee nothing, but the best. I'm sure they'll continue to have the same success they've had so far.

My last day with Foojee is Friday. Next Monday I start as the Marketing Director for a company called Church Fuel that, through online tools, courses, resources, and more, helps churches solve health and growth problems. I'm getting back in to a world I am passionate about and for which I have a deep understanding. I'm excited about the challenges and opportunities ahead.
